Emigrated to Argentina in 1891, and died in Buenos Aires 24 July 1923 leaving £100 12s 11d. Worked for the London Banking Company of South America, and resided at Superi 1857, Buenos Aires. Treasurer of Holy Trinity Church, Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires.
Married 26 October 1896 at Holy Trinity, Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires, Isabel Lucia, daughter of Benjamin Lapish. She was born in Buenos Aires ca. 1878 [Living in London aged 3 in the 1881 census], baptised at Lomas de Zamora 22 March 1892, and died in 1925. In London in the 1911 census with her daughter Louie, staying at the Lauderdale residential club, Paddington.
Issue two sons and one daughter:
Louie Hortense Curtois, born 13 March 1899 at 33 Bishop Street, Manningham, Bradford [Birth certificate]. Died in childbirth 1932.
Married at Belgrano, Argentina, on 28 December 1921, to Antony Charles Maffei - 'her father never forgave her for marrying an Argentine'.
Issue 3 surviving children - Carlitos, Federico Carlos and Isabel Lucia.
Frederick Charles Curtois, born at Buenos Aires in 1899. 'married a divorced woman and died of an accident' in 1930. At school at the Abbey, Beckenham, Kent in 1911, with his brother Eric.
Born at Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires 22 November 1897, son of Charles Curtois, and baptised at Lomas de Zamora 6 February 1898. Died after a car crash in July 1937. At school at the Abbey, Beckenham, Kent in 1911, with his brother Frederick. 2nd Lieutenant in the RAF 15 February 1919 (Gazetted 6 May).
Married at St. Saviours, Buenos Aires, in June 1923, his cousin Muriel Irene Comber. She was born at Burton Joyce 5 August 1901, and died 18 November 1985 at Buenos Aires.

Married at St. Andrews Protestant Cathedral, Buenos Aires, 3 March 1947, Bent Ludvigsen. He was born 7 March 1925 in Odense, Denmark.
