Brother and sister Richard and Jenevara Willis seem to have lived together at Corringham, and both left their estates to their nephew Francis Willis junior. Richard's will was written March 24 1780, and he died 27 December 1781.

I, Richard Willis, of the parish of Corringham in the County of Lincoln clerk, do make this my last will and Testament.

First, I give and devise to my Sister, Jenevara Willis, all the lands I possess in the township of little Corringham for her natural life, and, after her decease, to my nephew Francis Willis and his heirs for ever but provided he be dead, at the time of her decease, then I give and devise them to my nephew Thomas Willis, and his heirs for ever.

Item, I give to Mrs Mary King the sum of five pounds to be paid annually by my Executors, so long as the said Mrs Mary King shall live. [This crossed out]

The residue and remainder of my money and all other properties whatsoever unto me belonging I give and bequeath to my nephew Francis Willis, and my sister Jenevara Willis, whom I do hereby constitute and appoint joint executors of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty.
