This is the last will and testament of me George Charles Widdrington Curtois of the 63rd Regiment After payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath unto my dear step mother Mary Curtois the sum of nineteen pounds nineteen shillings to be expended in any way she may best like to keep a memorial of me and as to the residue and remainder of all my real and personal estate I give devise and bequeath the same subject to the mortgages thereon to my dear brother Rowland Latimer Sidney Curtois of the first or Royal Regiment of ffoot and I hereby appoint Mrs Mary Curtois of Mile Estate Rochester and the Reverend Sidney Henry Widdrington of ?? Executors of this my will as witness my hand this third day of July 1854 - George Charles Widdrington Curtois - signed and acknowledged by the said George Charles Widdrington Curtois the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us being present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

Proved at London 4th June 1855 before the ? by the oaths of Mary Curtois widow and the Reverend Sidney Henry Widdrington Clerk the executors to whom ? was granted having been first sworn by ? only to ?
